At Labubu Official US, we want you to enjoy shopping with us and be fully satisfied with your order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are accepted if the product is faulty or defective and must be filed within 7 days of product delivery.

 

  • Customer must provide photos of the condition.

  • Box should not be opened or tampered with.

  • If packaging is damaged during shipping, we can offer a refund or replacement.

 

Replacements are accepted on a case-by-case basis and only as permitted by this policy and applicable law.

To be considered, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging,

  • In the same condition as when you received them, and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Change of mind:

  • Before dispatch: Cancellations are permitted but will incur a 10% fee (covers payment processing, handling, and allocation costs).

  • After tracking number is generated and product is shipped: Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

  • After delivery (“received”): Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • “Received” means the parcel is marked delivered by the carrier to the shipping address you provided or collected from a pickup point.

Product Delays:

  • Refunds are not issued for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • 100% refund if the product does not arrive within 30 days from the day tracking information is provided.

  • Refunds are not issued for minor carrier or customs delays. However, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of tracking being issued, you are still eligible for a full refund.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective under applicable law:

  • Opened blind boxes or figures.

  • Items used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Factory-direct characteristics that are not defects include:

  • Packaging/inserts/batch codes/quality-control stickers that differ from Pop Mart’s retail distribution,

  • Minor box wear from transit or slight paint/finish variations typical of mass manufacturing, and

  • Blind-box randomness (specific characters/variants are not guaranteed).


 

3. Product Sourcing, Verification & Disclaimer

Labubu Official USA is an independent retailer of designer collectibles. Our supplier represents that our products are manufactured in the same factory that produces Pop Mart items, and we source inventory directly from that manufacturing facility via an independent procurement partner (factory-direct sourcing). Factory default QR code verification on each product is genuine and unique. 

This statement is provided for transparency and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

 


 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact sales@labubuofficial.us promptly with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

We review claims case by case and, depending on the situation and applicable law, may:

  • Issue a refund (full or partial),

  • Provide a replacement if stock is available, or

  • Offer store credit (with your agreement).

 

If a return is required for a covered issue, we will provide instructions and, where appropriate, a prepaid return label or reimbursement for reasonable return shipping.

 


 

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks/payment providers typically post funds within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

  • For change-of-mind cancellations before dispatch, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund.


 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, or we otherwise instruct in writing.

Please use a tracked shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

 


 

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please contact us first so we can review your case. If a remedy is required by law, we will handle that first (repair/replacement/refund, as applicable).
